TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KeepAustinMowed website and your interactions with KeepAustinMowed (“KeepAustinMowed,” “KAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, contacting us, scheduling service, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

KeepAustinMowed provides lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, and related outdoor services.

Information displayed on our website is provided for general informational purposes. Services, pricing, availability, scheduling, and service areas may change. Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not guarantee that we will accept or schedule the requested work.

2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Unless otherwise stated, quotes and estimates are based on the information available to us when they are prepared.

Pricing may change if:

  • The property conditions differ materially from what was originally described or visible;
  • Additional work is requested;
  • Measurements, quantities, materials, disposal requirements, or labor needs change;
  • Hidden or unexpected conditions are discovered; or
  • Other circumstances affect the scope or cost of the work.

Any separate estimate, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written contract provided by KeepAustinMowed may contain additional terms. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the terms of the specific written agreement will control for that service.

3. SCHEDULING AND WEATHER

Service dates and arrival times are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.

Outdoor work may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified because of weather, wet ground, equipment issues, material availability, unsafe conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may determine that a property is temporarily unsuitable for service if performing the work could damage the property, create unsafe conditions, or negatively affect the quality of the work.

4. PROPERTY ACCESS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the areas where work will be performed.

Before service, customers should:

  • Unlock gates or otherwise provide necessary access;
  • Secure pets;
  • Remove toys, hoses, decorations, furniture, vehicles, and other obstacles when reasonably possible;
  • Identify known underground or concealed items that could be damaged, including irrigation equipment, landscape lighting, wires, drainage systems, invisible fencing, shallow utility lines, and similar installations; and
  • Inform us of known hazards or unusual property conditions.

KeepAustinMowed is not responsible for damage to items that are concealed, improperly installed, not reasonably visible, or not disclosed to us before work begins, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

5. LAWN AND LANDSCAPE CONDITIONS

Grass, plants, soil, irrigation systems, and landscapes are affected by weather, watering, pests, disease, soil conditions, prior maintenance, animals, traffic, and other factors outside our control.

Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, KeepAustinMowed does not guarantee particular results involving grass growth, plant survival, seed germination, weed elimination, drainage performance, or other biological or environmental conditions. Customers remain responsible for appropriate watering and ongoing maintenance unless those services are specifically included in the agreed scope of work.

6. RECURRING SERVICES AND CANCELLATIONS

Recurring lawn or property maintenance services continue according to the scheduling arrangement agreed upon with the customer until canceled, paused, or otherwise modified.

Cancellation, rescheduling, minimum-service, or notice requirements stated in a specific estimate, agreement, invoice, text message, email, or service plan will apply to that service.

We reserve the right to discontinue service because of nonpayment, unsafe conditions, repeated access problems, abusive conduct, or other reasonable business circumstances.

7. PAYMENTS

Customers agree to pay the amounts stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Payment methods, deposits, due dates, late charges, card-processing terms, or installment arrangements may be stated separately on an estimate or invoice. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
